The month of September is one of the most popular months that many popular shows return to TV. This week many hit shows are returning for another season. Love award season? Well you’re in luck! This Monday, September 17th at 8 pm EST. on NBC are the 70th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards. It will be filmed live, in Los Angeles at the Microsoft Theater. This year’s co-hosts are Saturday Night Live stars Michael Che and Colin Jost.

On the Basis of Sex is the new movie about the struggles Ruth Bader Ginsburg went through to become a Supreme Court Justice and have equal women’s rights become law. This movie will cover how she became a lawyer and took a case on sex-based discrimination against a man. With the movie being directed by Mimi Leder and written by Daniel Stiepleman, it is expected to be the biggest movie of the fall.
