The Homecoming Parade will start at the Harborfields Public Library at 11:30 AM and it will follow the parade route to the high school. Marching Band, Kickline, Cheerleading, and students from each high school grade will be walking in the parade showing off their different decade themes! Seniors have the 70s, Juniors have the 60s, Sophomores have the 80s and Freshmen have the 50s. The Marching Band and Kickline will perform during Halftime! Don’t want to dress up? Wear a class shirt! The class colors are black for seniors, white for juniors, blue for sophomores, and pink for freshmen. Class shirts will be sold 10/10-10/17 and can be purchased near the cafeteria during school hours.

The week of 10/15-10/18 will have some fun spirit week activities. The Bonfire will take place on October 16th at 6:00 PM. Leadership is hosting “Battle of the Beads” which you could participate in by purchasing beads near the cafeteria for $1. Each grade and teachers have an assigned bead color. Seniors are black, juniors are white, sophomores are blue, freshmen are pink, and teachers are green. You can challenge a student from another grade to a game of “Rock, Paper, Scissors” (when you do so be sure to film the match). The final battle will take place at Pep Rally. You can only play during school hours during free or passing periods. The goal of the game is to get to know new people in other grades. Have fun!

Each day has a theme for Spirit Week. Make sure to dress up and participate to show your school spirit! Tuesday is PJ & anything but a backpack day. Wednesday is Country vs. Country Club Day, Upperclassmen are country club, and lowerclassmen are country. Thursday is class shirt or color day.
