Jordan Peele’s “Us” Trailer Drops

As a follow up to his outrageously successful directorial debut “Get Out,” director Jordan Peele returns to the horror genre with the trailer for his new nightmare “Us.”  Starring Lupita Nyong’o and Winston Duke, the film centers around a family on vacation, whose trip is disrupted by unwanted visitors: themselves. Early reactions are favorable, as Peele emerges as a driving force of originality in an industry saturated with needless sequels and reboots. His 2016 debut “Get Out” was a box-office juggernaut and critical darling, earning Peele an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay, as well as nominations for Best Picture and Best Director.
