Make this Holiday Season one you will Never Forget

The holidays are gradually approaching, and many of us are trying to make this holiday as memorable as possible. With everyone is starting to get excited for Christmas, Hanukkah, and the New Year, there are so many things to keep yourself busy with this holiday season. However, no one gets more electrified by the holiday spirits than kids. If you are looking for things to do this season be sure to check out some of these events. If you are into history, you can experience how the holidays were celebrated in the 19th century at the Candlelight Evening Holiday Show in Old Bethpage. Here you can walk around the old historic homes, barns, and building of the Old Bethpage Restoration. While walking around you will enjoy traditional holiday music, performances, storytelling, an exciting vintage model train show and lastly a holiday bonfire. This drive-through exhibit will fill everyone with an abundance of holiday spirit. If you are interested in this event, it will take place on Friday, December 21 through Saturday, December 29.

If you want to support a good cause, The Girl Scouts Holiday Light Show is returning to Smith County Point Park at 1 William Point Pkwy. This exhibit is offering a drive-through light show and displays. Each show starts at 5 pm and is taken place November 29- December 30. All proceeds of this light show go to girl scouts and families across Suffolk County. After interviewing Justin Klei, he said, “During this time of the year it is so important to support good causes.”

During the holiday season, each year Bayville Adventure Park turns into a breathtaking Winter Wonderland. There are many events there that families can attend and have a great time. Some of these events include ice skating, Santa’s Toy Factory Funhouse, Captain Bay’s light show, a ride on the Holiday Express train and many other attractions. This Winter Wonderland will be running from November 23 through January 1 and is open on Fridays through Sundays.

If you want to take a beautiful drive through a Holiday Light Show, you must visit the Jones Beach Holiday Lights Spectacular. This fantastic light show will be running from November 16 through December 30. The Holiday Park drive-through features more than 150 displays and fantastic holiday music. When interviewing Matt Smith, he said, “I love the holiday season and the Jones Beach Holiday Lights Spectacular sounds so much fun.”
