Does Screen Time Affect Your Mental Health?
Most people are glued to their phones, it's just the way things are in the 21st century. Phones are good in some aspects. For example, they keep us up to date in the news and newest trends but according to new research phones can be detrimental to teens mental health.
According to CNN, “teens who spent more than an hour or two a day interacting with their gadgets were less happy on average than those who had more face time with others.”
This is very concerning because most men spend more then to hours a day on their phone. Although by tenth grade the negative correlation between screen time and physiology. This shows that when the brain is mostly developing it’s best not to always be on your phone.
This information may be little but it can make a huge impact on how you feel and your mental stability. If you don't go on your phone 24/7 then you will give yourself the best chance to be happy.
