New Sonic: Boom or Bust?

Have you ever wanted to replay Sonic Generations on something better than the old consoles it’s stuck on? If so, then I have news for you.

A new Sonic game titled “Sonic X Shadow:Generations” is releasing sometime in late October. I’m here to answer the big question’s everyone’s asking. Will it stay faithful to the original Sonic Generations and what will it add? 

So far, everything points to it being a faithful remake with some extra bonuses added in like the character Shadow being playable in this game; there’s also the possibility of more levels. You might also be asking yourself “How are the graphics going to compare to the original? Will they be better?”

From all the trailers and promotional material posted, the graphics will definitely be an included improvement. You might also be curious if it’s going to be successful in terms of sales, and so far majority of Sonic Fans online are excited for it and most likely buying it.

VG247, (A video game review website) said “Sonic X Shadow Generations is basically a supercharged remaster.” 

 Liam Ally, a freshman at Harborfields HS, said “The new Sonic game looks really good; I can’t wait for it to come out!” These are a few of many positive reviews of the game's release.
