World Kindness Day
Harborfields celebrated world kindness day last Friday! The purpose of this day is to share good deeds and positive actions and help connect race, religion, politics, zip codes and gender.
This day is perfect to participate in especially during recent events and since COVID makes it hard to spread kindness because you can't hand out baked goods or candy, there are many other ways to spread kindness.
You can buy the person's coffee behind you in line, hold the door for a fellow student, help your neighbor bring in their groceries or just simply give a compliment.
HF’s own Mr. Ambrosio hung up signs with kind messages throughout the school to help make some people smile. Gabby Raspanti stated, “I really liked seeing all the nice messages hung up, it made me smile and we should do more days like these especially during these times.”
So make sure you take a look at those kind signs, it may just make your day!
