Ariana Grande is Engaged… Again
On December 20, 2020, Ariana Grande posted a series of sweet pictures on Instagram, showing off her new diamond engagement ring that was proposed to her by her partner, Dalton Gomez. The singer-songwriter, Ariana Grande, made her relationship with Gomez official in June of 2020. Although many believe the couple had been dating since January.
Many celebrities were happy to hear about their engagement. Hailey Bieber commented on the Instagram post, “YAYYYYYY!!!! So happy for you guys!!” Ariana’s manager was also very happy about the news he commented, “Congrats to these two amazing souls. Ari we love you and could not be happier for you. Dalton you are a lucky man.”
Even though this announcement was very exciting for many, this is not the first time Ariana is engaged. Ariana was also engaged to her previous partner, Pete Davidson. They began dating in May 2018. They only dated 5 months before calling off their relationship.
The engagement ring that Dalton Gomez gave Ariana was very special. The ring had been originally given to Ariana by her grandmother, which was made with a pearl from her grandpa’s tie pin. Although the singer-songwriter has not confirmed this, her fans strongly believe this theory is true.
