Was the Devil involved with Tragedies at the AstroWorld Fest?
Music festivals are supposed to be an upbeat place where everyone comes together to have a good time and listen to music. People who were going to the AstroWorld Festival to see Travis Scott perform had no idea how miserable it would become.
First of all, festivals are usually very packed, but people were sneaking into the area which exceeded the maximum capacity. This led to many people not being able to breathe and some even were passing out and having seizures. Hundreds of people were rushed to the hospital. There were a total of 50,000 people, an insane amount.
The worst part is that nine people were left dead, including a 14 year old. This is devastating, Travis then posted videos on his Instagram of him apologizing. Over the past few days, he has lost many supporters because he continued to perform after he witnessed the ambulances in the crowd. In front of the stage, during his performance, there was also a clear chant stating “Stop the show”, but he continued.
Sophomore, Blake Brown states that “this is very nerve racking and it makes me contemplate ever wanting to go to a music festival.”
A security officer was pricked in the neck while trying to help an audience member and he went unconscious but luckily got revived. So there are rumors that someone was going around and injecting people with drugs.
Something interesting about this tragic event is that many people are making conspiracy theories about it, basically stating that the whole thing was a demonic ritual of sacrifice. The concert had a very hellish theme and some felt that Satan had something to do with the deaths, and the hundreds of people passing out.
Where it all starts off is the cover art of Travis Scott's new album that says, “The True Dystopia is Here”, along with a creature that looked like a devil. A dystopia is defined by being an imagined state or society with great suffering and injustice that is usually post apocalyptic or totalitarian.
A post apocalyptic world can be interpreted as society after rapture. Christians believe that the rapture is the transporting of believers to heaven while everyone else is left on earth at the second coming of Christ. This comes with a bunch of judgments and sacrifices of the people who are left on earth which is all in the revelation of the bible.
At his concert, the board behind him stated “See you on the other side”, almost like he was prepared for the nine people to die as part of a ritual of sacrifice. Something also very strange is that when the show started, there were a total of eight flames of fire being shot up on the stage along with the image of a burning dove. In the bible, the dove symbolizes the holy spirit, and Travis portrayed it as being destroyed. Another thing that a burning dove represents is the illuminati symbol of sacrifice.
A lot of people do not worship God, but it is just an interesting take on what happened.
