Karl Rove's Opinion on The 2020 Election

Recently, the architect of former President George W. Bush's presidential campaigns, Karl Rove stated Wednesday that the 2020 presidential election will not be overturned despite the numerous allegations and lawsuits from President Donald Trump challenging the results of this election. Rove stated that while Trump has every right to challenge the results of the election, his efforts are unlikely to move a single state from Biden's column and thus will not be enough to change the final outcome of this election. Senior, Ciana Massaria stated, “It will be very difficult for Trump to win, nearly impossible.”

There is also no evidence that there was systemic fraud with illegal votes in the tens of thousands. Senior, Allison Brown said, “It is necessary in any circumstance to be able to bring things to court whether it works in your own favor or not.”

Unless evidence backing this up emerges quickly, the President's chances in court may decline quickly when states begin to certify results. Republicans and Trump’s campaign would need to challenge enough votes in court to flip a state they're losing in their favor. Senior, Lizzie Kennedy stated, “I hope once all of the allegations and lawsuits are taken to court the presidency will transition smoothly.”

Ben Ginsberg, longtime Republic lawyer and CNN analyst stated, "That's a standard they haven't been close to meeting yet." The closing out of this election is necessary to restore unity and we can all hope that there will be a peaceful transition.
