We are rapidly approaching the Harborfields Council of PTAs Scholarship Variety Show! The Variety Show is an annual event held here at Harborfields that everyone looks forward to this. This year is a big year because it is the 45th year that Harborfields is holding the amazing show!
According to Greatist.com the average female cries 3 times a month, but high schoolers may be the exception. The pressure of being a high school student has reached catastrophic levels. Between soccer practice, school plays, homework and college applications, the workload has become nearly unbearable. These added stresses combined with the normal moodiness of an adolescent is leading to mental breakdowns and unhealthy behaviors.
My name is Delia Ferrigno and I have a job. It’s decent, but sometimes I think I’m crazy for having one. I want to find out who else has jobs and if I’m the only one having a hard time.
In this interview series, I will find people from my school who have all different kinds of jobs and what they think about life while working.
This week I’m interviewing a 15 year-old sophomore from Harborfields High School named Jenna Forestiero. Jenna has had a job for only 2 weeks and feels a little overwhelmed.
It’s spooky season here at HF and everyone is preparing for Halloween. Halloween falls on a Wednesday this year. The halls will be filled with Halloween spirit! People are picking out group costumes and getting ready to order or make their costumes. Halloween is the perfect excuse to dress up as your hero or even a taco! Don't be afraid of dressing up in your favorite costume it's your choice!
