Did you go black Friday shopping this year? Although I had an outside perspective by working the day after Black Friday and seeing how packed and crazy it was inside our store. I work at a boutique in town but nonetheless, that is not like shopping at an actual mall during Black Friday. It was very packed all day and crowded although when it came to later in the day, it slowed down a lot. I'm just wondering who went this year, and/or if no one went and decided to stay home.

Macys and other department stores start to display Christmas decorations and merchandise before Halloween ends. And Starbucks gives out their holiday cups after Halloween. But why so early? Although many people like myself don't mind starting off the Christmas season early there are plenty of people who do.

Ahh thrifting.. What is thrifting you may ask? If you've ever heard someone say they're going to go thrifting, you might be wondering what they mean. Simply put, thrifting means to go shopping at a thrift store, garage sale, or flea market where you'll find gently used items at discounted prices.

We are finally fast forwarding to the holiday season and the excitement that comes with it. This time of the year for most of us is the most joyful and exciting time.
