2021 has been a fantastic year for music. With exceptional body’s of work being released one after the other throughout the year, the question as to what the 64th Annual Grammys will look like is becoming a hot topic of discussion.

The 93rd Academy Awards (aka the Oscars) took place last Sunday, April 25th. Many of the categories went as expected, but there were a few key upsets. This was a very crazy Oscars, the craziest we’ve seen in a very, very long time.

The song quickly blew up, having 8 million streams on Spotify and 9 million views on her music video in only three days. There are theories that the song is about her past cast member, Joshua Bassett.

Could the popular series, My Hero Academia, be coming to an end in the near future? At the beginning of January the author of My Hero Academia, Horikoshi, mentioned at a fan event, “I think perhaps the story will be heading towards its conclusion soon, but I’ll make sure you can enjoy it until then!”

Even though the show is over 15 years old, Avatar the Last Airbender’s fandom is still going strong, especially after the show was released on Netflix last May. This Saturday, January 9th, the cast is having a virtual reunion through the company StageIt.

Governor Cuomo announced that movie theatres will be reopening in most of New York on October 23. The theatres will open with limited capacity and safety protocols to ensure safety.
