Freedom of Speech Online- A Fallacy?

Roy Moore Fails to Concede
This Tuesday, in the Alabama senate race, Democratic Doug Jones took the win. According to CBS News, “With all counties reporting, the Alabama Secretary of State reported Jones with 49.92 percent of the vote, and Moore with 48.38 percent of the vote.”
It’s unusual for a Democratic senator to win a typical Republican seat, but the loss comes after many sexual assault accusations rose against the Republican Roy Moore, despite the support from President Trump.
Because of the small margin of which Jones won by, Moore failed to concede and that “the vote is so close it’s not over,” as a recount will take place that will account for the military votes. Senior Amanda McDonald says, “He’s being a sore loser, just take the L.”
Donald Trump has already tweeted, “Congratulations to Doug Jones on a hard fought victory. The write-in votes played a very big factor, but a win's a win. The people of Alabama are great, and the Republicans will have another shot at this seat in a very short period of time. It never ends!”
Although the recount will occur, many believe, including secretary of state Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill, it is highly unlikely that Moore will win it.
