In recent news, Hurricane Sally is threatening to be a historic rainfall event. As of right now, Hurricane Sally is currently in Gulfport, Mississippi. It is predicted to pound parts of the US Gulf Coast with rain for another day. Once it makes landfall, there will be a great amount of fear raised. This Hurricane will lead to excessive flooding in many parts of the US. Excessive flooding is now predicted to affect areas of coastal Mississippi, Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. Senior, Allison Brown stated, “This could be a historic Hurricane, affecting many people in our country.”
